FAQ

Below are some frequently asked questions regarding the repair process.

I have just been in an accident.  What do I do now?

The first course of action is to exchange insurance and contact information with all who were involved.  The next step would be to call your insurance company to start the claim process.  If your vehicle needs to be towed they can help set this up for you.

Do I have to make an appointment to get an estimate?  How

much does it cost?

No appointment is needed to receive an estimate, just walk in when it is convenient for you.  It should only take about 10-15 minutes depending on the amount of damage.  There is no charge for estimates.

What insurance companies do you accept?

We work with all insurance companies.  Since we are on a direct repair program with many insurance companies, we are able to upload estimates directly to them saving time.  Some companies are required to come out and write their own estimates.  If you have an estimate from your insurance company, we will need a copy when you come in.

How long will my repairs take?

Though we would love to give you a definite answer to this, every repair is unique.  Many factors go into the process such as part availability, supplemental damage found after taking the exterior damage off, and other unforeseen occurrences.  Once we have your vehicle in the shop and have taken a more thorough inspection we will have a better idea of how long your unique process may be.  We will keep you updated as frequently as you would like throughout the repair and let you know when we are nearing completion.

Do you accept customer pay repairs?

Yes!  If you would rather not go through insurance, we can write a competitively priced estimate to meet your needs.

When I come to pick up my vehicle what do I need to bring?

If you have a deductible, that will need to be paid at the time your vehicle is delivered to you.  Any insurance checks that were prepaid to you must also be signed over to us at delivery.  If you are in a rental vehicle you may either leave it with us or drop it off at the rental agency and have them take you to us. How do I get into a rental vehicle? Many insurance companies offer rental coverage in case of accident.  First, we will need to verify if this applies to you.  After verification, we can set up a reservation for rental at the same time you schedule to bring in your vehicle.  If you do not have rental coverage but still need a rental, we can help you set one up with our valued customer pricing.

Feel free to give us a call or email if you have any more questions or concerns.
